The car have no boost at all. Won.t rev above 4000 rpm. It feels like the engine cut all power down. Car is staradard not tuned. What could cause of this? Very frustrating. Please give some advice how I can fix it

Coz I swear ive had it hit the limiter once or twice on the highway when kicking down. Left in auto aswell, its like you get a little wheelspin and the box gets caught out. Kick down at 100 would be somewhere at the top of 3rd. Do you have this issue say kicking down from 3rd-2nd and 2nd-1st. It is easier to hit boost cut in higher gears with more load. Could be way off. Maybe just a bit of wd40 in the boost solenoid would help. Start with the simple things.
