I just got my car insured with a new insurance brooker (tower NZ) and they asked me if the car was fitted with a alarm/immobilizer I told them it had a factory setup but they didnt except it...anyways if I lock my car and have the window down and open if from the inside nothing happens! how hard are these to steal because I have just recently brought some 20x8.5 and 20x10.5 wheels and iamparanoid as hell if anything happened and the insurance company stiffs me

Easy to break into. Can use coat hanger to get inbetween door and open handle.

They do have an immobiliser, there is a transponder in the key.

almost impossible to start the car without the key. not many post 2004 falcons stolen for that reason.

So my insurance company should accept that the car is fitted with the factory security systems. . Weird thing is that the alarm never goes off

Nah you're a bit confused mate. Factory immobiliser on every vehicle, alarm is optional and not standard.

So you can open it, smash the fck out of it, take everything from inside it and it won't make a noise...but next to impossible to drive it away without the right transponder key.

The red button on the key remote is so that if you can't find your car somewhere in say a car park, you push it down and it'll start beeping as if an alarm is going off so you can find it...

ACTUALLY

...it's to scare people when they go to lean against your car. Other cruise members especially :)
