If not, I haven't actually modified the dampening strength physically on mine...I have an EDFC kit, just havnt installed it yet. Just changed the dampening using the adjusters on the shocks. Its just like a motorbike. I have it on the softest.EDFC just allowsyou to adjust without having to jack the car up.You can see the adjuster on the rear set. I'm lazy so I have the EDFC hahaha... although some might say that the installation of the EDFC took more effort than adjusting the dampening over and over manually... I love the firm, harsh-ish ride it's given the car. The wife likes it too. She reckons it feels safer, except when I don't slow down for roundabouts and corners. The car is transformed and feels like it weighs a lot less. Better tyre wear too, even with increased corner speeds 1 Link to comment https://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/88503-coilovers/page/5/#findComment-1482617 Share on other sites
