So no timing issue or broken guides for that matter.

Did have the injectors re scaled as they where out.

Happy no timing issues and valves springs done.

Tuner did say the G6ET seem prone to hunting at idle more so then the xr6 etc.

He was also saying when they are tuned on the leaner side, they show up these sorts of things more so then a tune a little richer.

Mine being on the leaner.

As said the Injector scaling needed adjustment which helped.

But seem to be hunting again today.

Had the service on mine on saturday plugs fuel filter oil & filter re torqued the inlet manifold and cleaned the throttle body and its idling much better but still hunting a bit as well. Its much smoother generally. He doesnt think its a timing chain issue , just thinks that's how it idles and im too picky.

Imho your tune is still not correct as idle should be steady if ALL hardware is 100%

Tuners are not all the same ;)
