I would like to purchase a alloy header tank for my car. With so many on the market, all ranging in price, I cannot decide on what to buy. Are the more expensive ones better, or are cheaper one just as good?

The more expensive ones like Plazmaman are flawless with regards to the welding beads...they look real pretty! PWR is the next most expensive I think and then there's all the eBay specials which are pretty shoddy looking. That being said I've never heard of one failing...fairly simple bit of kit.

I think VPW have a special this month on header tanks $79

id just stick to a cheapie stock looking one on ebay, when there clean with nice clean coolant they look good IMO...

also speaking of them ebay cheapies, how good are the alloy radiators?

Pretty sure you can just plumb it differently to suit FG. I'm fairly certain mine was meant for b series. You just run a breather hose off the top outlet, your overflow hose from one of the 2 middles, and block off the other middle.

Mounting is the same.
