One of my mates decided he wanted a dirty skyline that was located in launcestion, only problem was the engine had blown, so trusty falcon towed it down. Didn't skip a beat on the trip.Left it in that form for a few months till I had the money spare to get it tuned as well as upgrade the following:60lb injectorsplazmaman valve springs 4" dump4" catNo real reason for the overly large dump and cat, but hey, why not.Got it tuned at Howell automotive and it came back with 265rwkw and 573Nm of torqueThe tuner there told me he wouldn't push it any further with the injectors I supplied as they were too poor of quality and didn't scale right and was causing excessive fuel usage (or maybe it was my right foot) as well as causing the car to stutter when starting as the spray pattern wasn't too good. So a few weeks later I came back with some bosch 968 injectors which he suggested, but this didn't fix my fuel usage, still returning 200km to a tank at most. Turned out the new O2 sensor that was installed when I got the tune had failed, so that was changed and suddenly I was getting 350-400km to a tank again.Left it like this for a few months, then got sick of the rims, and a set of fg 18" honeycombs turned up on gumtree so I grabbed them while I could and got a new set of goodyear eagle f1 directions fitted and have been happy with this setup.I've also re done the wiring for the battery relocation (previous owner did a horrible job), made a proper mount for the passenger side battery (previous owner strapped it down ).Recently installed a reversing camera using the factory ICC as the screen, and also have a raspberry PI sitting in the tissue box that displays to the factory ICC, raspberry PI does music, videos, games and soon to also do satnav. I've also got a touch screen overlay on the factory ICC, which hooks into the raspberry PI so no need for a mouse or keyboard. In the last 2 weeks, I finally gave into the bearings that were starting the fail, so its now got new upper and lower control arm bushes, as well as new front shocks. Rear has got all new bushes, since the cradle had to be dropped anyway and sway bar links.I also managed to find a stock xr6 turbo exhaust (twin 2.25") and have fitted that which is much nicer than the silly 3" cat back exhaust. So yeah, that's about it. Im sure I've missed some of the things I've done to it but I've got plenty more I want to do. Just time and money are stopping me for now.

Previous owner had it being vl spec and causing the front bumper to warp and crack. It's a HDI intercooler which doesn't fit as nicely as the process-west once but hey, its still working and temps are generally a few degrees above ambient, so I can't justify going out to get a new process-west intercooler (yet!)Made up some new brackets to support it This shows the clearance between bar and intercoolerFinal product without the front barAlso decided that while I had the car like this I'd change the clutch fluidCame out with chunks! Cant see them in the photo though

But I'm only chasing 300rwkw and I'm currently at 265 (so almost there)Plenum yeah well it works and I don't really mind it, its the cross-over pipe that I hate currently.Haven't thought about modding the turbo at all and I don't really think theres a need to with the power I'm chasing. If the turbo it's self dies then I'd consider something then.
