They still haven't created one that absorbs 100% it's above 99% but still does reflect a tiny tiny bit

Also black holes have a gravitational Lensing effect on the light around it.

A perfectly black object would be just black with only the outline to give you a guide on what it was. It would have no contours. You wouldn't be able to visualize depth from the ground. Just a black shape floating through the sky

Ohhh I don't know

It would be excellent at radiating the heat away BUT it would absorb the entire electromagnetic spectrum. Gamma rays, xrays, radio waves, light, infrared and microwave..
