And, before you pull it down any further get someone to look at it. The wear on the rollers is pretty much normal. A little burnish will probably clean them up and won't hurt performance at all. If really worried, get another set from the wreckers - they're all the same. Carbon on pistons - normal. Valves - worse case the head needs a quick reco. Take a deep breath mate.
