that's what I thought. Is there any way to tell if the actuator is closed all the way without removing turbo dump

All fixed wastegate door was getting stuck on housing. Knocked dowel back in and all good. Retune Friday

Apprentice wage.....and you have a turbo that had a problem and didn't want to drive (all the way) to Lonsdale. Holy crap - 60 ish km's

Wondering if it would it be wiser just parking the car up until you finish your apprenticeship in case something else goes wrong.

Don't mean to sound rude here mate but doooooood, I woulda done what jet said the first time he said it because it could of ended in BIG tears. Bruce would of ID'd it immediately

At least the prob was a simple 1 that wouldn't cause too many probs

It was more the fact getting time of work to take it there. Would have been a waste of time and money taking it there as I found and resolved the issue myself. If a bigger problem happend I would have funds to repair but im not wasting money on bigger turbos atm.
