I can understand tony being upset with you, few of us did try to convince you otherwise in tony's defence in regards to that issue...Dominello however, pretty much just unacceptable, doesnt matter how busy you are surley they can squeeze one BTR in, in bloody 12 months. If you cant, make the customer clearly aware at the time like I dunno, when they accepted up front payment ffs. That work pre dates the issue with tony anyway which was early this year.
