Maybe spending 330 on a bov then cheaping out on a fuel reg is not the way to do it

Now why would that be wrong thing to do .turbosmart advised me to use both of these products with my set up .the regulator was 60 dollars cheaper than if I bought it brand new .it is only new so he said ,there would be nothing wrong with it as even if ethanol run through it . Can you give me some more info on your comment please. Will also get one of those trans temp guages. Can someone explain why such a big price difference .I know it would be better but why

Of course turbosmart are going to recommend one of there expensive products rather than running no bov or a second hand one. I'm confused why are you selling the reg? Nothing wrong with it just missing a fitting or 2.

Factory bov would be adequate for the moment.

The reg is fine to buy second hand, you just haven't sorted out how your doing the rail so how come you bought it with a fitting kit?

You will only take advantage of the rail if you run dual entry, aka twin pumps. If staying single pump, use the stock rail and make an adapter to fill the void left by the factory regulator, and mount the new reg in the return line .
