The flapper mod acturaly looked like it ended up closing all the way as it must have only needed wearing in lol ,had a 1 mm gap all the way around on initial install . The guy I gave the turbo to also was one of the people I lend the atomic valve spring tool to .he is a nice guy that I would like to get to know more as a friend . I also gave him my old trans oil cooler that was now to small for my new gearbox .he also took my 5000 klm old serpentine belt and some of the hot side piping and the rest of the 2.5 left over straight pipe I bought .I gave him my brand new 12 psi actuator as I was unable to sell it for $80 . Rather give it away than sit in my garage . As I said before I help people out .not like some that say they look after me but in the end they only took advantage .not finnished with those people as I will take that further after the build is over as I have writen prove on my phone .lol people forget that . Another guy was after a ba oil pick up so I knew I had one as I fitted a brand new one in my engine .it was only sitting there so I thought he can have it .another guy I gave the cold side inter cooler lines to .and another my old nizpro air box .did not need it as I made a new one out of aluminium . One day carma will come back to me I hope . And carma will strike all those people that done wrong to me ,they know who they are anyone after a ba throttle body to fg manifold spacer .I will send it for free.ps I gave the cometic head gasket to luke 182 for his engine build . $cost me $300 but it would only sit there in my garage . The original engine builder bought it but tbre said it was no good for my engine so he never fitted it .was a waste of money I know

I'm sure someone is close to doing this MOD though. But I'd prob just make my own anyway.

Nice one ,must have liked the parts .there are good people out there He said I can set it up as a intake temp sender as it fits in between the fins of the cooler .can also set up a spray set up for the intercooler if it reaches a desired temp it will start a pump and spray water onto the front of the cooler to cool it down faster

Yes but imagine if it falls offand goes into the engine .its like the old thermo fan swich that used to go into the radiator hose
