Thought they run the better plugs with the thin electrode .still not happy that there was no engine asembely lube on the camshafts or rocker gear. If he would have got the rocker cover powdercoated as asked and the 8 na fittings changed to 10 na I would have never pulled the rocker cover off .so he never did what I asked for in the end .and that is what f*cks me of as I pay my bills .I do not look for them but keep finding them .I knew this would start a war again ,no one does what I ask for .is that so hard to do for people to follow requests .to me it showes they do not care Well getting back to how much asembely lube should be there .I belive the whole lot as if you assemble the bottom end first and then fit the head and cams there is no reason to turn the engine over .well tell me I am wrong ? We put it on on all components (Except for pistons and rings). all the rockers and lifters were soaked in oil for 24 hrs I would rather this, than have dry bearings and components running dry, when cranking for oil pressure, as it sometimes takes a bit to get oil pressure. We grew concerned when cranking my engine, as my gauge wasn't showing pressure. We ended up hooking the turbo oil feed to the vacuum on another car, to draw it through. Personally, I don't blame you. I believe that it is best practice to lube everything on a new engine. FYI, ensure that you remove all plugs when cranking for oil pressure...
