talked to real dyno today about my tune ,Lee replied that it is my turbo smart actuator that is playing up .he said they are no good to use or they do not work on our cars ?.he also asked if I got it in the right tune setting ,I replied that I have it in the 12 psi setting .he then said there should be a 14 psi one .my reply was no there is only a 8 psi and a 12 psi .so I have just swapped over from 12 psi to 8 psi setting ,and taken it for a spin .when it was warmed up I let it boost up ,18 psi WTF ? the tune felt a lot smoother and even chirped into second gear (which the 12 psi tune does not ) I do not know if it is faster or not ,but one thing is that it runs 18 psi not 8 ? tomorrow I will see how much the 12 psi tune actually goes up to .ps they are autometer gauges .they want $450 to change actuator (12psi ) and $450 for a retune ,so $900 all up

That sounds a bit odd with the tune slots being different to what he said should be there. No 14PSI tune, but the 8 is an 18?

yes I am lost for words ,I really got no idea what to do .$900 is a lot of money for me .ps if it holds 18 psi all the way to redline (6000 rpm )than the actuator must be ok ?
