Me too .rather not rush it now in the end . January will be 22 month its been of the road . Started dismantling the car mid April after the flex plate failed at powerplay in February . Does not sound so long ago but when you add it up its a long long time

Got some parts back from the powdercoater . They powdercoated the inside of the radiator overflow bottle .will that couse any problems , the cap fits on well . The rocker cover also has a big run in it which I will sand back and polish. Nothing a sticker can not hide bugger9a2836ef17fe0994605e9d749655abd8.jpgcan see in that picture that the inside of the radiator overflow bottle was not painted

Should still be able to get a good finish from powdercoating as well as increased durability over paint.

 

the radiator reservoir will be fine the way it is.

edit: sorry to 'lol' you like that. you might make mistakes (which you always admit, unlike some people!) but you know a sh1ttonne more about car stuff than I do!

Thanks, and yes I do make mistakes .I am human even if I am German . Why hide the mistakes I make I rather show people so they do not make the same ,that's how I try to help others . Looks like I even went for the wrong turbo set up .jim Gianna said over the phone before I bought it that it was better then a gtx as it spooled faster and holds boost longer , looks like now it has some sort of problems with back pressure or somthing which I got no idea on .will see how it goes anyway as I worked around that turbo for all the hot side piping and intake pipes as well .

 

Suposed to have said it starts to melt at 200 decrease so it will not be a problem .lol
