How about aluminium only for tightening up and then they will melt away anyway

Thought of getting the lid welded on with them inside so I would never be able to change them .could clean it out with turpentine every now and then

Could probably go to 30mm or whatever odd size the large breather filters are. Looks like a good setup. Just keep it mounted away from the AC fresh air inlet or you will smell the oil fumes in slow traffic, you don't want that to happen. The fresh air inlet is at the base of the wind screen (in the plastic grill) on the passenger side.

If your going to vent a catch can to atmo...may aswell just put filters your rocker cover and degrease the bay regularly. its as illegal but alot less complicated..

Pretty sure -10 is the biggest speedflow have from memory. Fair comment@barnz but the idea of the catch can when pushing more boost is not just to keep the oil vapour out but mainly to relieve pressure, the cans just keep it reasonably clean compared to a filter setup. Last thing you want is to blow out seals because you didnt have a decent breather setup.
