Have a question how do I change over to suit an 8 fitting to the serge tank as the fitting is joint to the inside pump hose which is fitted with a hose clamp .what I would like to know is is there a special fitting to go on from process west or can I get one at most places .the other thing I thought of doing was just to use a barb fitting with a an8 fitting and then use the braded line ,I know that is a bit rough but would still work I thought . Ps that is a brand new serge tank and the dirt that is inside is a fair bit .it looks like aluminium filings etc ,that entering the injectors would not be the best I do know it has a filter attached to the pump ,but I paid like $1300 dollars for it so thought I paid for cleaning as well 4be9b74bc7e3aa308f6f9c21c47f7509.jpg333b9bd461af6b403d0c554a32418d74.jpga5f7e89c14e207a427bed3c64d785c01.jpg8f5f9aeba0a972cce1f263ee22fe5a84.jpg27c757311237533b749e4666d2242953.jpgb88e4d06ef44653c227983967b714b3f.jpg65b611ad6a7ed623ede5c317a14e333e.jpg

Best to give Kev at Process West a call tomorrow. When I had my surge changed from a factory rail setup to a twin feed setup it was sent to process west and modified there.

Was thinking of that my self . If I would change to twin pumps I would say it would be worth it but think I might get the part send up and change it my self .can see that a twin pump would need a extra cradle so they sit side by side ,would have thoubgt they would fit it with that so that it would be easier to change from single to twin

Yes will fit perfect now .if I would not have done this one side would have leaked as the stainless steel gasket would have not coverd one side .the cut out on the xforce dump was to much on one side which sux as there is only like 2 mm it will clamp to .not much for it to bite on so it does not blow out a gasket

Those spacers are going to sieze solid on the bolts from the heat cycling I'm afraid. You're going to wind up snapping bolt heads off when you try to disassemble the joint.
