Will be able to get them welded .tommorow the 3 inch cold side will be my main goal to get fitted up redy for welding

Yes use washers. Stainless would be best. They don't need to be anything special.  Just make sure they are a close fit to the bolt.  The 10.5 mm hole probably reflects the fitting tolerance in the flange.  The flow area is large so I wouldn't worry to much about matching the fit.

Thanks for that .I will try to get some about 3 mm thick so they do not bent to easely

 

Absolutely gutted as I have had a look at the an 6 fittings and they are way to small to use ,it should have been an 8 fittings .dominello said to use an 6 .what a f*ck up . what a set back this is .I even said to him I would rather use an 8 as it travels further than the standard set up .the an 6 size of the bends are like 5 mm at the most and the standard steel line is 7 to 8 mm . Now that will cost me again .he better send that box to me next week or I will cancel it as it was paid in full last easter .

For my engine oil cooler and trans cooler I used -10AN.  Anything else is to small.  Return the lot and and get -10 push on fittings and 400 series hose

Might go an 8 as everyone comments on another forum that 6 is the cirect size but the cheap fittings is what the problem is .they say not to go bigger due to line presure ? Going to phone domminelo on tuesday and ask again ,and want also a deffenet answer when the box will be here .
