He seams a lot happyer now The ute is back home after a short time in the storage shed .beau wants me to finnish mine first so we can take it to powercruise .we still are working on his on weekends but he has been very buisy with his trimming as you can see .that gave me some tine during weekdays at night to work on the ute . Nothing gets past you lol can say good by to that spacer as I got one of those adaptors to suit the fg throttle body .who ever said in one of the comments some time ago that there will not be any more development on these cars was so wrong .I now going to run the fg rocker cover as I can buy adaptors for my wiering harness to suit fg coils .so getting an 10 fitted to it and then again to get that one powdercoated black .selling the ba cover that I got done .wast of money as I got the wrong info given to me .luky the internet is so helpfull and full of info these days. genuine honest person Member 2,769 Member For: 10y 11m 15d Gender: Male Location: near brisbane Posted 19/03/16 11:56 AM Author Share Posted 19/03/16 11:56 AM had to fit the oil cooler up different to geoff set up as mine is not a typhoon and did not have the spacer like his did bugger .so I have ordered some new braded hose so I can run them another way .the catch can I will alo modefie to suit my set up better .have to fit the intercooler pipes first and then see what I can do .might even custom make a catch can to suit the space better as those tall ones are a pain to set up I found with the limmited space .got this heat wrap to cover the dump pipe .this is supposed to be top of the line stuff got to also get the surface machined on the dump as it is not straight that's the size of the engine oil cooler .now that would have to work well this is to suit a fg which works great for my set up with the fg manifold and turbo set up .the only thing I had to modefie was the sender hole .can see the white mark for the new location .works well now as it also misses the heat shieldsI got a second hand box and gutted the inside so I could have it as a mock up to have the corect engine tillt to set up all the cooler lines and intercoller pipes Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
