my v8 averaged 16 + litres per 100 klm highway or city .and it was very slow . do not forget they are a heavy family car .on the highway it will drop for sure

My 98 tune (370rwkw) on the freeway sits a smidgen bellow 9.

I'm pretty happy with that

Around town it's pretty ludicrous though

That is low-speed, short-trip driving. It's pretty similar to the mazda 2 that it replaced.

I agree with Ratter, capped price servicing is just ridiculous. $320 or something for an oil change when you can get that done for half price at non dealership mechanics and probably get a better service too.

My XR6T when I bought it came with a stupid sticker saying "Capped priced servicing", and the sticker is even shaped like an oil cap
