it was once accepted that the stock fuel pump could supply enough fuel to max out the small turbo, we proved this is not correct, many are basing their comments on nothing more than an afr printout and have no idea about how their fuel system is coping.

a surge tank does not give the ability to make more power, the fuel pump does this, different surge tanks have different pumps and these pumps can sometimes be fitted in tank, but low levels in the tank can lead to surge which is what a surge tank helps protects against, KPM offer an intank pump set up that helps eliminate surge

Forget full exhaust systems and race intake airboxes. The factory exhaust pipe and mufflers aswell as the air intake flow very well, just ensure your air filter is clean.

For the FG to get 300kw you need :

- Highflow Cat

- ID or F6 Injectors

- Tune

- F6 Cooler or Larger.

I had this combination with F6 Cooler and the car drove well and was powerful.

Im back to the drawing board and gonna do this right even though its several thousand more...

plazmaman hotside intake and batt relo (already bought)

Id1000 ($$$?)

Pwr stepped intercooler ($900) already have herrod piping kit

I want to get a xforce dump and cat , can u get a 4"dump 4"cat but 3.5"end flange to join onto stock system.

in saying that I realise the stock system is 3" so the internals would have a 6mm approx smaller radius.. would a 3.5 flange join to a 3 flange?Oonly reason I want this is so I can run a single 3.5inch catback in the future...

also turbosmart actuator as I have learnt from people contribution.....

xcal3 and tune....

im guessing these parts will easily max out the stock turbo but I wouldnt mind getting 300-330rwkw and have the car be efficient and not pushing limits of the parts (except turbo)

Any other suggestions
