Keep In mind I have chosen parts which are suitable for the power im after and at the ssme time some parts msy be excessive.trying to get over 300rwkw but nothing too big because I hhaven't allowed for valvesprings and ive already had tailshaft cv joint and centre bearing replaced with heavy duty cv joint and ford f250 centre bearing. Dont wanna ruin clutch either...parts,plazmaman hotside 4inch race intake and battery relo kitf6 intercooler core and herrod piping kitSiemens 60lbInjectors or f6 injectors?Venom 5inch cat made direct fit on factory exhaustdo I need a turbosmart actuatorive removed centre muffler with straight 3 inch piping and continues into a straight 3 inch muffler with twin tips. So its basically a full 3inch system with one high flow muffler. Anyone curious about how that sounds and wants to xo the muffler delete u see on you tube? This system turned out great. Has a very smooth toned growl , zero drone while cruising actually almost silent when cruising, and that v8 burble and pop after you put your foot down and back off the throtlle.finally xcal3 computer and tunethis has cost under 4k also inc the upcoming tune and is half the price of packages similar at performace shops. blacktur8oute Member 139 Member For: 11y 2m 17d Gender: Male Posted 24/05/14 01:38 PM Share Posted 24/05/14 01:38 PM Standard dump f6 cooler and injectors he wants to use will get him there,no use spending money on id1000 when his goal is about 300 what my intension was if he wants to run the turbosmart actuator he should do those mods to help get to 300 my car had Process west cooler & pipingProcess west surge Id1000 injectorsVenom catstandard exhaust no dump no flapper mod tuned by a tuner on here and managed 301rwk on 14pound and bled back to 10pound was told with full exhaust system flapper mod and a actuator would of made 20 or so more
Gaz_O'Rourke Member 30 Member For: 12y 8m 9d Posted 24/05/14 11:28 PM Author Share Posted 24/05/14 11:28 PM Wow this is epic. So brush the actuator that's good. Also its not so mucb a budget I purposely saved 10k to produce a monster with premium parts. But reality kicked in, I dont go to the track, im not in a car club, dont drift, or race, at best I hit 60kph off the lights hi revs and then stick to speed limit.so cut it back to something fun with low down torque and better throttle response. Bit annoyed bout the cooler cuz a mate with a monster f6 said his old cooler will be fine cuz I was gonna get the pwr stepped cooleras for injectors I was just following the auto tech engineering package at 60lbsI was always gonna have full turbo back xforce system but saw a few packages that only had dump pipes and cats and didnt bother with the cat back till way higher power levels, and read that the stock exhaust is surprisingly efficie t to a certain power level.I guess ill let the car live within its means with the parts I got, 300 was just a number I picked im sure the current parts list will feel considersbly quicker.cheers for the info guyslast wuestion should I go 60lb Injectors or f6 injectors I read f6 are better but then again I could prpbably justify putting a cannon muffler on the back if I read the right forum thread ha

Gaz_O'Rourke Member 30 Member For: 12y 8m 9d Posted 25/05/14 12:08 AM Author Share Posted 25/05/14 12:08 AM So the f6 Intercooler will not hold up in an fg? If I do run with the f6 cooler is it technically correct I could upgrade the cooler to a nice $1000 entry level one and straight swap it over no retune required?
