Hey guys, recently had my G6et in for a PW stage 2 cooler and id1000s, came out running 280rwkw. I use it for work and can drive upwards of 150km a day.

Before the tune I averaged 12l/100, sometimes a little better, getting around 500-520km each tank.

After the mods its down to just under 15l/100, I only get about 400km out of a tank now.

Theres a bit of a rattle during idle, feels like exhaust (my BF did it for a while before I changed exhaust) They did no exhaust work though so not sure why something would go wrong there.

When cold its rough as hell. Theres a fairly obvious vibration under heavy acceleration, almost a buzzing sound.

The day after the mods one of the intercooler pipes popped off, tightened the hose clamps and nothings happened since.

Also there seems to be a very slight flatspot around 1800rpm, although that was before the mods.

My biggest concern at the moment is the fuel, I expected a little higher consumption but this seems ridiculous. Ive gone through probably 5+ tanks already.

Bit of a list I know, figured I might as well mention anything I can think of haha.

Anyone had any of these problems?

I had the same, had mine in for a tune, ID1000's etc aswell. Before I as also getting around 12L/100 and now I'm averaging 14-15L/100 with the same kinda driving style.

Still puzzled from this, everything else is fine, drives great... but yeah only getting 400km out of a tank now

Same here, my tune only gets me about 400 out of a tank around town with ID1000's. I've heard the bigger injectors can be part of the problem but from what I understand the rest is in the tune. Pretty sure my tune is quite rich down low when it doesn't need to be because if I thrash the car around all week I get the same fuel consumption as if I put about

When working I baby it. So a huge majority of my driving is under 3k. Even more so lately as it's been a concern. In regards to the tuner, are there any rules about naming them? Seems most people keep quiet for one reason or another.
