Or use a Hobbs switch to activate full flow on-boost. They're an easy replacement to the 044 as the overall diameter is very similar. Ethanol, methanol, diesel etc compatible. Maybe just throw in a new fuel pump every 6 months. Think I will stick with P100.

Maybe just throw in a new fuel pump every 6 months. Think I will stick with P100.We are very close to having an E85 dedicated fuel pump. The problems still arise that the complete fuel system, eg, fuel lines, gaskets, rubber hoses, fuel regs, fuel tanks, fuel filters, engine internals , even the steel fuel tubing are not E85 compatable on non manufactured E85 vehicles. All or any individual items, can impact on the reliability of the next component. This is also where we see many problems arise.I agree that for road use P100 is a great solution. Our advice would be only use E85 for off road , motorsport usage and then return to petrol. Edited 05/06/14 11:09 PM by KPM Motorsport
