Not one ive found

I think the manufactures are just trying to be uber safe but at least KPM disclose this

I hadnt been told once that 044s, 460s or DW300s had this 500hr "limit"

Fuelab Prodigy, but need to run their electronic fuel pressure regulator as they're not designed for long term continuous use. Or use a Hobbs switch to activate full flow on-boost. They're an easy replacement to the 044 as the overall diameter is very similar. Ethanol, methanol, diesel etc compatible.

All this puts me off E85 abit. Maybe just throw in a new fuel pump every 6 months. Think I will stick with P100.

Mmmmm that Race Blend 107 at Prairiewood United in the coming weeks, apparently the only one in the area that will carry the race blend

We are very close to having an E85 dedicated fuel pump.

The problems still arise that the complete fuel system, eg, fuel lines, gaskets, rubber hoses, fuel regs, fuel tanks, fuel filters, engine internals , even the steel fuel tubing are not E85 compatable on non manufactured E85 vehicles. All or any individual items, can impact on the reliability of the next component. This is also where we see many problems arise.

I agree that for road use P100 is a great solution. Our advice would be only use E85 for off road , motorsport usage and then return to petrol.

Great reply dave

Whats your outlook on the ethanol content in something like p100 ( re 10% ) and the effects if any on the electric pumps and hr wise run time vs damage ?

If ethanol is effecting pumps run time would it not be safe to "assume" a blend will have effects or is the dilution so great it counteracts it "fully" ?

Is this a can of worms or splitting hairs .......
