Fuel System To Suit Fg With Precision 6235?

no 6235 on BF's yet mate, we used the supplied actuator as the owner supplied it all himself, BF to FG should make no difference though

Yeah you'd think so but there are now 2 BA/F's that I know that have this turbo and both have had the same issue.

Both tuners have had no issues with this turbo on FG's

Spiro has done 4 or 5 now and apart from mine there was no issue with keeping boost down even as low as 14psi.

My port job was done at Autotech 3 years ago, we have never had issues controlling boost before we fitted this turbo.

I am seriously considering the next step with my fg.. Current 325rwkw with the standard turbo and I want more..

I am looking at kpm 460 and approx 1000cc injectors?

Any suggestions to the best fuel upgrade as I currently only have a slight upgraded walbro intank..

I wanna put a precision 6235 and have both 98 and e85 tunes power approx 420-450rwkw from what I have heard.. Car is fg with a zf tuned..

What would be the max rwkw capababilities of you single pump system as I don't want much over the 420 mark eflex now as the gearbox will be saying bye bye if I go to crazy and definitely can't afford the upgrade on that aswell right now..

The price difference between single and twin pumps is worth saving on too if I don't need it

I ask this because im in the position with one 044 and surge tank now and to go further its another pump, fuel rail and lines etc. A lot easier if I get rid of it and just fit intank setup.

Yes.

There is no reason for fuel line or fuel rail changes with a correctly engineered set up.

We supply the following for a correctly operating system.

• Twin Intank Module is a direct replacemant fit that clicks directly onto the standard fuel lines.
• Fuel pressure regulator is a direct replacemant High flow unit that is a direct fir replacemant for your standard unit.
