Sorry its jolting hard into second, so if I take off from the light and punch it with traction off I get wheel spin then shift to second and it jolts hard, the "zf fart" seems to have quietened abit too since its started jolting. Its only when I punch it if I take of normal and shift its fine

Diff bush?? could just be the sudden shock of traction from changing gear mid wheel spin??

I almost never hit it in first gear, only second and up ;)

Best way to overcome that is to short shift first gear. Build max torque and boost and then shift early (4500-5000) and it'll hit second hard and keep the wheels spinning.

Are you sure you are not hitting the rev limiter in 1st before it shifts into 2nd?

If this is the case, to avoid this happening, you need to tap the shifter up before the revs go too high,

so then it will shift right at the correct point

Do not rev the engine hard when you do manual shifting unless you have lots of money to fix your car when it gets damaged

U need to shift at 5600 rpm by the time the zf reacts it shifts at 6000 which is perfect in a race/full throttle situation
