Hey guys

Currently have a herrod cai and PW muffler delete (which I'm trying to sell) and I'm after a turbo side intake

I know PW do one so do plazaman

Is there any difference between the two? Or are there any other options out there as they are both quiet pricy

Not sure about the FG, but BA/F, the process west is a lot more refined, neater, lots of thought behind it... You could probably make your own for a lot cheaper but I'm happy with Process West

PW is a more sturdy unit. Plazmaman has more freedom if you have plans to upgrade to a high mount with larger intake. I'm pretty happy with my plazmaman unit

Yeah it looks like I'm going plaz but I just wanted to see if there was a difference between the two.

I've thought about making me own but I'm not that talented

I asked this question myself and to why is the pw more expensive. By a lot,

The Plaz turbo inlet pipe is a mandrel bent pipe, with silicon joiners at each end to connect it to the turbo and air box. The PW inlet is a one peice moulded silicon pipe, from the turbo to the box. So no joiners. I would imagine this is more expensive to make.

I will be going the PW intake with the Plaz battery relocation which is also a fair bit cheaper than the PW one.

Nizpro and Rapid also make them.

Do not even price the Nizpro kit if you think the other companies are expensive. You will have a heart attack. Haha

Correct the process west one is a one piece silicone item and is nice but the lid of the process west needs some "love" to fit if u have a GTX style turbo as the silicone is to long but u don't want to cut it as it tapers fast

For a stock application yeh its nice but as I said the plaz is cheaper and for some reason "nicer" because fitting is "easier" and the pod is bigger and overall just works very nicely

Again my opinion and ive used all brands many times

Even staino's ;) hi stain

Cheers for that guys

I'll shortly be upgrading to a .7 cover with a t04z with a 7+7 billet wheel so I need a 4inch one

Does that make a big difference?
