Don't think so - all performance mode does is change the shift points I think - same tables, just stretches the revs a bit for up and downshift.

Have had mine tweaked and you wouldn't notice it as harsh at all. Definitely quicker shifts(switched back to the stock one this week and even driving miss daisy the tuned one feels heaps better)

as Raband said, performance mode can not be separated on shift pressures but manual mode can, but performance mode extends the rpm the shift occurs at and higher pressures can be commanded at higher rpm, we tuned rabands so low speed shifts are nicer without being hard but the shifts are firmer as rpm increases

Hey Ratter,

Have you ZF tuned many turbo territory's? and what was the driveline like with the gear changes when applied? Clunky, shudder or no difference?

I'm considering getting mine done when I pull my finger out!
