I just brought one a week ago and it constantly says around the 22L/100kms. A friend suggested that the computer might be out a little and to have a jerry in the boot and run it empty and it should fix this problem. It dose seam to chew through the fuel even when I drive slowly. Could be fuel line or jets problem? Just wanting to hear other peoples thoughts. Note the litres used against the kms driven. Btw, those golfs can be bloody quick.. Check what the average speed is, if its in the 20's a mate has one and its at about 19.
