So I bought my 06 BF1 ute with a t56 in 2012 bog stock with 90000kms . Straight away did a few things and it saw 304rwkw on the BTA motorsports dyno. Incl - - ebay spec cooler - 640cc siemens injectors - growler intake - x force full stainless 3.5 to twin 2.5 exhaust - 12psi actuator - plazmaman valve springs - walbro in tank. As well as a few other bits incl - hard cover - vertini drift 8.5 front and 10 rear - lowered on ultra low kings in the front and ultras in the rear with 1 inch blocks. So I was happy with this setup for a year or so, but as it does the mod bug bit again haha. Car now has - - process west stage 3 cooler - ID1000s - 38mm ported rear housing - 0.7 front housing - 4 inch intake - battery relocation - colder thermostat - FG intake manifold - plazmaman surge tank with twin 044s - process west fuel rail - holley fuel reg - xtreme twin plate organic clutch - drilled and slotted rotors with bendix pads all round - custom 3 inch hot and cold side piping. I took it back to BTA hoping to get around 360kw on 98 and 410kw on E85. Ali worked his magic and I was blown away. Ended up with 385rwkw on BP98 at 17psi. and a healthy 447.6rwkw at 19-20psi on united E85! Couldnt be happier seeing this is all on standard internals :/ ( yes I know im living on the edge haha)Hopefully it holds up till powercruise in september to have a bit of fun. Plans in the mean time and to build up a forged motor with a good oil pump and better valve springs ( Ali said it was just starting to get valve float at 20psi) and also get a stronger tailshaft and billet axles. (photos are when car was tuned at 304. Now has big cooler, different piping etc.)
