Blue from factory for non Brembo on the early series (FPV log instead I think?) but obviously red was the preferred colour of the previous owner. "Captain Retard" Member 1,417 Member For: 10y 6m 28d Gender: Male Location: Shellharbour NSW Posted 22/05/14 10:28 PM Author Share Posted 22/05/14 10:28 PM Ok didn't sleep to well last nite!The build date was May 05, it has a FPV VIN Tag under the bonnet, the build number is 319 and everywhere I look there is a FPV logo so if some bodies done a "mock up" they've done a pretty good job!I also realise that these things can be faked but I'm reasonably confident it's the real deal as it has had 2 owners , the original and a good mate of mine.I wasn't sure if it was BA or BF when I first looked at it.If you look closely at the caliper you can see the red paint peeling off and blue underneath.I will eventually return them too blue.Now how the hell did he figure out my car is 319, do you guys have a register on here?Might be time to put up a thread on "FAKES OR CLONES" if there isn't already one!Thanks! It's a genuine BA 2F6 so don't stress bud that's how I no the build no.
