Hardware/ Software Issues

Hi everyone, I'm having some intermittent problems (once every 2 or so weeks) with my 09 xr6t.

First is It has the colorscreen and im not sure if its a hardware or software issue but sometimes while driving the screen will turn itself off and then back on.

Its not just flashing on/off its actually turning off because the animation appears like when you start the vehicle. Weird thing is that the sound doesn't cut out.

And the second issue is that sometimes the climate control will just stop blowing cold air con and just blow normal air out. Only does this rarely and after a while the cold air will flow again.

Have read that a stuffed battery can cause havoc but have had it tested by an auto elec and he said the battery is fine and charging properly. Does anyone know if there is an ICC update to resolve this?
