Think I paid $60 odd for a set. The 4 electrode Bosch ones are a load of sh*t, it will arc across one of the 4 anyway, electricity is lazy it always takes the easiest path. Next time ill be getting the ford ones as they are like 4 bucks each and tunas will recommend them. Gap depends on your boost level, stick to 1.1 if stock(double check them buy I found ngk to be spot on out of the box) and ask a tuna about gaps for your boost level but 0.7 seems to be the norm.
