I use those plugs(IFR6T11) without an issue. 1.1mm for stock or .7 if tuned. Also most tunas will recommended the genuine plugs which are also cheap as chips.

You say you tested your coils using a scope? Do you mean measuring the waveform on a digital oscilloscope? And how did you test the secondary windings? A coil that passes a bench test can still fail under load as they are heat sensitive so I wouldn't dismiss them.

Yeah tested on oscilloscope waveform. Didn't get a chance to hook the scope up and road test might do that tomorrow if I get time. It's also over boosting working with tuner on sorting that out

You can test the secondary winding with a low amperage inductive probe which is more or less a really sensitive dc clamp meter, which are a fickle things as they are effected by the earths magnetic field and are sensitive to the orientation in which they are used. Impossible to use on a COP system that is in situ. Bench test only.

Also are you sure you arent just hitting boost cut since its over boosting. Never hit it myself so im not sure what it feels like.

I'll check them tomorrow and could be boost cut as it feels almost like the trac control it kicking in.. I've never had it hit boost cut before though either
