that include delete pipe etc or just box & filter? was looking at getting gt intake from work, need fpv vin (good move) & exxy anyway.

The delete pipe is kit extra. $195

The Streetfighter Airbox otherwise comes complete as a direct 2 min replacemant fit.

Are there any vids getting around of a stock car with that street fighter air box? As much as I don't want to mod the FG car, I miss the turbo noise.

Looks awesome and just like the supercharged GT setup which I assume is where the idea came from?

I am still looking for video clips of a stock FG turbo with a KPM Streetfighter air intake. There is one that I found but the car is just revving in neutral so doesn't help my decision. Does anyone have a good clip? I don't want to spend $600 and be disappointed.

The first thing I bought for my car was the Streetfighter and for the second time it was fitted a few weeks back for a car show. The first time was to do b2b runs on the dyno to see the dif between it and the stock unit on a stock engine.

The KPM unit picked up 8rwhw over stock.

While it was on the car for the car show a cuppla weeks back, I gave the car a bit of a run (it's now modded to 319) and I didn't notice any difference in intake noise - not to say that there wasn't a difference but if there was, it was very slight.

The only thing I did notice on the drive home from the show was my boost level. The car had the 15psi tune in it and with the Streetfighter fitted, the gauge showed 18psi and seemed to hold it for longer but I still didn't notice a sound difference.

Good q ... no sorry it's not.

The car runs an xr8 lower box and snorkel with a KnN panel filter as part of its mods and to keep the stock (ish) look.

Sorry .. I should of mentioned that but even on a stock engine, I really don't think the streetfighter will change the sound very much at all and if that's all you want, 600 bucks is a big outlay and you may be disappointed imo
