Yeah huge tank in ute plus 99% cruise control on the highway. Have seen fuel range read 800+ after filling up on occasion.

I get 350 now but I fill up around a 1/3 left. 359rwkw with a lead foot half the time. Worst was 176km with 65 until empty. Fun day

I do a lot of highway kms in my ute 317rwkw. Average 10 liters/100kms and can get 750km to a tank on bp98

Doesn't surprise me (if anything I'd say it could even be a bit better) I can get in to the mid 8's stock

It all boils down to driving style. With ID1000 injectors she will drink a lot of fuel if you give it WOT.

Like Steve said if you always taking off fast from the lights and giving it a thrashing then it will drink heaps.

I normally average between 13l-15l/100km. 13 when I take it easy and 15 when I give it a hard time.

Then again my car has 310rwkw with an 11psi tune.

Your car has 362rwkw on an 18psi tune which I would way flows more than mine.

I sort of disagree with that from a technical standpoint. ID1000's should give a better idle & tighter long and short term fuel trim if the mapping has been done correctly. Driving around with vacuum, I'd almost say the economy should be better. WOT, ok yeah, but you're dumping a sh*tload of fuel to keep up with boost so that doesn't surprise me.

Fuel Economy

One of my favourite topics!!!

said no one ever

I boost, I go fast, and no matter how expensive petrol gets, its still cheap entertainment.
