350 man, Ive never driven a car with that much power. Id be happy with anything over 250rwkw once I get mine tuned. Do you have a link to your FG Build ?

Yes because that housing suits the 35r wheel

That would suit both housings

I am not sure you can get a t04z housing to mate to a 35r CHRA

I'd have to check

Would be just as easy to get the garret housing to fit it. It's only a compressor change and housing machine right? And obviously balance

Mate you'll be ready for more power after 2 months with 250rwkw haha. I was like that with the fg, I got bored of 310 within 3 weeks. I think you will always want more power, but I've been in a car with 345rwkw but a sh*tload of torque, would turn the tyres in 3rd at 80 no worries just rolling on. I don't see the need for more on the street. Stick some fat invos on the back it would be like a slingshot.

Never did a build thread man, kinda wish I did now!

Yeah same here

Would have loved a build thread but I was too lazy

And correct it's a very simple job to get the compressor to suit the housing plus the gains from doing this are great

I wish I did this instead of just going an 11 blade that fits

True true.

I've learnt so much about how everything works by doing things myself, wouldn't have learnt this much from reading 100 books. So turbo is off, thing isn't ported, of course not. Gunna stick the dump on anyway and see if we can control it cause it's a split dump with a seperator. Bolts were loose all over the turbo, I bet this thing goes sh*tloads better when it's back on! New gaskets and studs come this week, I'm keen as a bean

On e85 depending on the dyno and supporting mods will go 400+

Keep us updated bud and be aware most tuners will recommend buying a whole new turbo instead of modding your standard one

Definitely will, but for me it's not all about the power figure, it's also about how it comes on and how it sounds.. Come on isn't that half the reason we have turbos? Haha. I'm tossing up between epic spool and 450rwkw potential for later or seriously angry and super resposive little turbo, which will probably break things

That's the other thing about the high powerish baby turbos

They break sh*t because brutal low down punch

You want the sound! Don't be a chicken, you know you want a jet
