Z2TT I didnt get away last weekend so I haven't. I have tried 100% fan on recycle before on an hour and a half drive and it didnt do it.

Over the weekend I pulled the battery terminal off over night, the first time I drove it was for 30mins. During this drive I turned the AC on and off 5 times and it wasn't cooling the air at all just blowing ambient air temp. I turned my ute off and fueled up 15mins. Started up and drove about one km and tried the AC once and again it didnt cool. turned my ute off waited 5 mins and then restarted my ute and it cooled straight away, and has been cooling ever since, very temperamental.

I changed the battery to a 620CC about two months ago, I wish that fixed.

Next time I go somewhere I will try 100% fan on fresh, fingers crossed there is no road kill or fumey cars!

Well the good news is I'm pretty sure my aircon is fixed.

I drove my ute straight to the dealership after a long drive and with the aircon malfunctioning they hooked up the computer and still no fault codes were present.

After plenty of head scratching, 12 months and an application with department of fair trading the dealership was given approval to remove components without fault codes. Eventually it was found to be the HIM module in the dash.

I have only been on two long trips since (5hrs) and my aircon operated fine both times.

Fingers crossed and thanks for your suggestions
