Not saying this is your issue but could be a starting point.

Not really enough for ZFJust noticed my cooler has nice rubber mounts.

Any sort of wind deflector that can be made to force air through the damn thing?Looks like PWR will be my next option whenever funds allow.Ratter, when I go home I will take pics of cooler lines and try to measure size Edited 04/04/14 02:16 AM by sct911

Once I have enough dough for a new tune I will drop the car in and mention ZF overheating issues Edited 04/04/14 06:50 AM by sct911

Bellato Donating Members 2,713 Member For: 14y 4m 14d Posted 04/04/14 09:44 AM Share Posted 04/04/14 09:44 AM I have an external trans cooler on mine behind the fog light installed 12 months ago and it slowly developed a flare from 2nd to 3rd and now sometimes 3rd doesn't shift straight away, it holds the gear for 2 seconds then shifts. This is every day driving stuff, seems to shift fine at wot. Thoughts on whether it is the trans cooler or possibly something else like oil level? Beyond that maybe pressures from the changed hoses, or just too many burn outs but since so many ppl have the external cooler without issue it sounds like fluid level could be the cause
