Does your intended change in boost coincide with a gear change?

Yeah but mines manual so thought it would be easier to do it by speed

e-boost is good if you don't want to change tunes, my car ramps in boost gradually for street duties, but when I turn on the e-boost boost comes in hard at 25-26 psi and then tappers off.

Maybe my tuner was lazy............

I was referring to the point the he stated eboost fixed the "problem" leads me to believe he's saying the standard Solineiod "is" faulty.

Your using eboost for a completely different reason!

As per my topic, car has since been able to hold 18psi to redline, still making 480rwhp on 98. It wouldnt make any more- no chance of a 20psi or higher tune. Next option is E85.... I still think its weird that my gtx has a 0.6 front cover but the guy I purchased it off swears its a gtx3582...

where did you get the turbo?

0.6 is an optional cover for the 3582 but 0.7 is standard
