Once we switched to the garret gtx with turbosmart gate and waste gate ported it wouldn't make any boost higher than 16. Currently at 470hp peak power but it tapers back to 16psi no matter how high boost is set or even with the waste gate held shut. Exhaust isn't blocked.... Wondering what else it could be ? It's like the turbo can't flow any more air

But getting close to 500rwhp with that brutal spool must be awesome ;-)

When I did my turbo I used a compressor to push the actuator arm out and attached it to the wastegate, but set it miles too tight and my tuner had problems controling the boost also so he ended up taking it off and re-doing it.Just throwin it out there if it helps at allEdit - also Turbosmart 12psi actuator. Surely it can be pushed past 16psi in the top?
