You say it's all wank factor and etc, but unlike ford at least Expensive Daewoo tried to keep up with technology, I can get keyless start on a sub 30k focus but on a 75k gt falcon.....nope

Park assist on a sub 30k golf but on a 75k gt.... Nope

But I can get it all on a holden, so at least they had a go at surviving instead of throwing their hands up and saying this is to hard

You should feel good about that... you indirectly paid for it!

The funds that GMH received from the government (your money, my money, everybody's money) directly gave them the market stability to produce the VF commodore's technological upgrades.

Yes, you are correct, if you look at "received money" as though each company received the same value. GMH got a lot more than both Ford and Toyota did.

As all 3 companies knew that with declining sales, that none of their Australian manufacturing was going to remain sustainable... Ford and Toyota don't bring out a "technologically advanced" model, Expensive Daewoo do... I wonder what the difference was.
