oh and for those that are assuming no work has gone into this.... really???

Take your blinkers off! You have no idea how hard passionate people who love this car and brand within Ford had to fight to get this car to the end of the line and to achieve what they did with next to no $$$

More power, 351kw regardless of conditions, 400+ (650+ Nm) in reality above 4K rpm (transient overboost) except when in 1st, recalibrated ECU and Trans, recalibrated Bosch ver 9 TC with launch control, Rspec rear now with camber adjustment, and all the other things inside the cabin and the new sticker theme. 0-100 in 4.5 to 4.6, low to mid 12s qtr.

Thanks for that information, CSP.

Are you in the list of people at the end of the video earlier?

Also, does the launch control actually control the brakes and accelerator (and transmission with the ZF), like the other proper LC's around on expensive cars in the world?

It wasn't long ago we had 220-260kw cars and people complained, now you can buy a supercharged 5 litre pushing 400+ kw and people still complaining.

As dagabond said, compared to a stock falcon these things are a race car.

people who think it's "just a taxi with some stickers" just have no clue what's going on...

Ford never made them out to be dedicated ONLY performance chassis cars, so bugger off with your whining and buy something else like the rest of the population did that caused Australian vehicle manufacturing to go down the gurgler.

I think it's a great car and one at least worthy of being the last Australian made Falcon GT, especially on the ridiculously limited budget that would have been given to the designers/manufacturers of this vehicle.

OK, what features does the GTS have that the GT-F doesn't?
Then take into account how many of those things are actually for "wank factor"... I'd still have a GT-F.

I'd have the gtf too

And this isn't an attack on workers, I don't know why they would think this

But this is the last ever falcon gt it deserves to be inside and out absolutely bonkers. Ford would have a much easier time becoming a sole importer with some good pr in their books

It needed to be tweaked far more in certain areas. And not like the public weren't willing to pay for it

They could have gotten away with charging 100k for these things
