Ended up making 330kw 1070nm on 14psi on 98.The dump that was on it was only actually 3" and the exhaust had a few holes (live near the ocean) so it's holding it back a fair bit up top. Also the standard actuator was having a hard time and boost was coming on quite late. Wasn't hitting 14lbs to 4000rpm.So iv bought a xforce 4"dump and exhaust, a 12lbs actuator, new exhaust gaskets and Anchorlox. Going back in a few weeks for a touch up on 98 and to get an e85 tune. Tuner is confident it will make 400kw on e85.Well done mate. It made similar power to mine but I have a 4'' dump and mine went 16psi. Different cars and different dyno's I guess. My tuner said the ecu & timing was holding it back so apart from e85 I'm not sure where I would go from here. Congrats, bet it feels nice to drive with all that torque. Does the boost come on smooth or is it a kick in the pants?Dropped my stock BFII 65000kms tornado off at Heinrich Performance and Tuning.Mods were remove the turbo filter, walbro pump, 60lb (or 80lb) injectors, 4" dump, 3 1/2 turbo back with 100 cell cat and one muffler, CAI mod to stock air box w/ new filter and custom mild tune on 98.Think I'll make the 300rwkw mark?(ps I did pose this Q in general tech but had no response. Ive only seen my car for 2 hrs from transporting it haha so im a little excited) Edited 18/10/14 11:52 PM by raised by monkeys

Not much happening before then though as the standard solenoid wasn't working properly. Have just installed an exhaust, Eboost2 and New actuator yesterday and it will be going back for a touch up and e85 tune. Getting valve springs done? It can vary from car to car but I think even late model bf's like yours can still have problems with 300kw+

HD valve springs are next on the list with Xcal tunes, suspension and possible plumbing upgrade. I probably wont go too far with the car re: mods because I want to maintain some originality and reliability. But from what I have read the actuator, solenoids and sensors can be an issue. Unsure wether I want boost coming on earlier too, but once ive got maintenance and reliability attended to, I might crank up the PSI.At this stage I just wanted to clean it up and drive it for a while for a while and get to know the ute. Fitted my new exhaust and a there bits n pieces and going to re tuned on 98 and made 473hp on 17psi. Drained the fuel and wacked in some e85 on the first power run on the same boost the clutch sh*t itself. So just have to baby it for a month till I can afford a new clutch. Leaning towards a npc clutch rated to 430rwkw. Around $2400 fitted
