nice tray mate. are you the guy that did the youtube vid removing your tub. watched it the other day. nice ute, those 50th anniversary 19's are sweet!

Yep! That's me lol Did ya think the vid was any good? I don't mind if ya think its crappy most of em are Lol!

Yea I LOVE the rims, I doubt their load rating is any good though so I sorta gotta take it easy when carrying heavy gear, being careful not to hit bumps too hard.

Yeah good video, will be handy for anyone doing what you've done.

From the factory the one tonne suspension pack only had 16's, but geez they're so small under an FG.

G'day mate. Tray looks good! Here's what I did with mine, caopy with sub-floor and airbags in the rear so I can jack it up, prop the cnaopy and take it off. Nice and easy and takes about 10 mins to get it on/off by myself. The airbag/bump stop brackets are holding up alright but have started to fold in, have had a quote of $400 to get stronger brackets made up 25mm lower so I can run the ute lower again, the rear leafs are reset so the weight is only on the bump stop brackets instead of the leafs haha

Wow awesome system u got going! Great idea. How long have u been running the airbags for the brackets to start folding in? Like u Iv got most of the weight on the bags, running extra pressure simply so it doesn't bottom out on the bags with every speed hump.

They rolled in a bit shortly after loading the canopy up, hasn't gotten any worse even fully loaded so no real rush to get them strengthened. It's a rough as ride without the canopy as there's no weight to hold it down, but fully loaded with everything it's fairly comfortable. Has been running like this for probably 6 months with no dramas!
