Can anyone send me a picture of the 18" wheels with premium brakes.

None for the Ford brochures have them !!

Yes it does come with wheel locks. Its a wise choice - the premium brakes. Car really needs it - if you were to drive it hard. As for the 18inch - won't make much difference in performance but it does look pretty.

On those wheel nuts. I took the car for a service and they couldn't remove the wheel without my wheel locks. They said it was unique and not a standard item. hmmmm - my old AU Ghia had 17in wheels and had wheel locks but were standard for those wheels. Must be a new thing.
