Gauge says I have good VAC but when I put my foot down it hits 0 on the gauge and stays there. When this is happening all that can be heard is an air rushing noise. I was wondering if anyone else has had similar problems? and where the best place to start would be?Cheers

Check you have one...and go from there by checking pipe connections as mentioned Maybe wastegate is stuck wide open? Not sure if you'd see any boost or not in that case. Does the turbo spin OK by hand?

I had it happen a few times and funny thing was is that I had one very powerful 450hp leaf blower.

There is a port for another hose but I can't find anything loose.Turbo spins ok by hand. Edited 03/03/14 06:23 AM by bogan247
