Changed em when I was at 400rwkw/35000, few boys started seeing them hold the car back after around 500-520rwhp (375-390rwkw) but depends on tune/lucky you are really.

Mine were giving me a rough idle almost right after getting it tuned at 100,000km (07 BFII). Drove like that anyway for 90,000km and finally changed them in order to go run a 1000m track event :) Now idles fine after WOT runs and also has a bit more power earlier in the revs.

We changed mine when we went over 16 psi.

It's increased boost pressure and soft or soften springs that get blow off their seats

Ran stock fg springs making 400rwkw for about 6months but started to lost top end at drags, went from 130mph down to 124mph, that all happened around 40,000km

Im at 155000kms. Nearly 340kw at 16psi for the last 20000kms with stock bf f6 springs. No obvious signs of failing.
