Lots of torque, lots of wheelspin, and if you have decent tyres it stil has lots of drive. It doesnt take long before youre going 120 130 which is more than enough for things to get nasty. Its pretty easy these days to say ahh its only 300rwkw such and such is pushing 400 as is his cousin.Ive owned some pretty quick import turbo cars and have raced things for over half my life and was still really surprised how quick my mates 300rwkw xr6 was. Before I drove it I dismissed it thinking big fat falcon with only 410rwhp, but that quickly dissipated the first time I rolled on the throttle coming onto the highway. He ended up selling the car to a guy I his early 20s, who found a tree to park it against after 3 weeks or so, so it does happen.

The good thing about barras is you can have 500rwkw, and still drive it to the shops. They're very linear. Respect the fact you have 300rwkw under your right foot and you'll be fine. My mum drives mine, just stays off boost. I drive mine in the pissing down rain, it's fine. learn how your car reacts. You can wrap yourself around a tree with 20Kwan if you do something dumb enough, just use common sense and take it easy

I've found with a bit more power the car is easier to drive.

I used to love 2nd gear auto roll ons, smoking my tyres and painting black lines up the road. Even with 315rwkw in my old T,these Barra motors make my V8 feel lazy in the torque department. Go the mighty T....

Yeah, but if you were serious, you'd take it beyond the 1000 mark to make it more powerful than a Veyron at the wheels

I had a BA with a good BTR and no traction control or stability control. Loved to turn tyres with little effort
